My professional background includes 25+ years of experience in engineering and project management primarily with the auto industry as well as working on a project with the Environmental Protection Agency on greenhouse gas reductions. This means I bring data-driven analysis, meticulous attention to detail, strict budget management, and structured problem-solving to every real estate transaction. I look at homes through a structural and logistical lens, not just an aesthetic one.

Being a Michigan resident for over 40 years, and alumni from a local High School, College, and University, this gives me an understanding of the regional market, economic trends, and community histories.

Majority of my real estate transactions fall specifically in Canton, Michigan with close ties to Canton over the past 24 years. I know the neighborhoods, schools, local developments, and hidden gems of Canton like the back of my hand.
